Apple Game Engineer –Kids’ Virtual World

Roblox is a virtual world and building game for kids. Users make games in our dynamic environment and invite other kids to play in the world that they have created. ROBLOX is looking for an experienced OSX game engineer to lead our software development efforts on the Apple product line. You will design and build the Mac counterpart to our Windows 3D gaming client, and help make our C++ physics engine cross platform. You will also lead the development of an entirely new ROBLOX feature set targeted specifically at the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad. Finally, you will be part of our bleeding-edge game team and work on exciting new features for all our users to enjoy.

Requirements:
• Experience as a game developer
• BS or MS in Computer Science or similar
• Knowledgeable with C++, including STL and boost
• Experience (3+ years) with OpenGL, DirectX, Ogre, Cocoa, and Objective-C++
• Passionate about games, toys, and consumer products
• Demo examples of your past work and side projects a plus
